We are very familiar with the entire region because we have been residents of the South Bay since 1976.  We have lived in the cities of Carson Torrance and Rancho Palos Verdes where our children grew up and attended local schools.

We have been in real estate since 1990.  During this period, we have helped several hundreds of satisfied families in the sale or purchase of their first home and many of whom now have completed multiple transactions with us.  Today, a high percentage of our clientele is referral based.

Suraiya is a 14 times recipient of the Century 21 Achievement award since 1994 and has earned a place in the top 1% of the Century 21 System in the region.
