About Me:
I am a California native, born and raised in Torrance. I Attended the great Torrance Unified Schools, and also graduated from a 5 year Union Trade School. I obtained my California Real Estate License, and I am a member of the South Bay Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. 

I got married at an early age, and that taught me to get out and work hard to provide for my family.
I not only hold a Real Estate License, but also a Contractors License. I designed and custom built the house that my wife and I live in today. With Building experience, It gives me the knowledge of what is behind the walls and under the floor of a house. Also I can recognize the quality of workmanship and materials in a house.

Hours I Work:
My hours are what ever it takes. My motto is "MAKE IT HAPPEN" and to do that it takes 100% commitment.
