Marcia was born and raised in Torrance. Many of you readers may remember her by her maiden name, Marcia Makoski. She grew up in the area known as Southwood with her parents, Milt & Clara, and her three sisters, Victoria, Suzanne and Jill. Marcia has been married to another Torrance native, Mark Downs, for 20 years. They have 2 beautiful daughters, Marisa and Marla.

Her love of the area and people are what has led her to choose a career in Real Estate. “It’s a perfect match for me,” says Marcia. She has a background in Sales, Marketing, Administration, Contract Negotiations and Computers, all of which lend themselves well to a Real Estate Career. Marcia continues to volunteer in the community and is respected by those who know her.
